Orders are placed on the website by adding items to your basket. Your order has been placed once you have completed the checkout process.
Once your order has been placed you will receive an order acknowledgement. This is not an order confirmation, and does not mean that the order has been accepted. No contract of sale has been completed at this point.
Acceptance of your order and completion of a contract between you the purchaser and Cloth Head takes place once we have dispatched the goods.
Once your order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled. Should you need to cancel an order after this point then you will have to go through the returns process as outlined on the website.

Under some circumstances Cloth Head may not be able to accept your order. We may not accept your order if your payment has been declined or we have been unable to obtain authorization for your payment. If there is a pricing error on the website you will be contacted and given the option to cancel your order, or you will have the opportunity to pay the outstanding amount. Until the point of dispatching your order Cloth Head reserves the right to cancel all or part of your order.
By using the Cloth Head website you are agreeing to protecting any passwords of login details that you may use to access your account.
You have the option to have your items shipped by first class or recorded delivery. Cloth Head operates a no quibble compensation on recorded items. If you have not selected recorded delivery on items Cloth Head can not assume responsibility for goods shipped once they are in the hands of a third party. Cloth Head obtains and retains a proof of dispatch for all goods shipped.
